Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between Eqaim Technology and Services Private Limited, Faridabad, Haryana, India ("CraftMyClub", "we", "us") and the sports club or academy that creates a CraftMyClub account ("you", the "club"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. Players, parents and guardians interact with CraftMyClub through their club and do not enter this agreement; how their data is handled is described in our privacy policy.

CraftMyClub is a management platform for sports clubs and academies: scheduling and attendance, fee collection with GST-compliant invoicing, enquiry management, player assessments and reports, match management, WhatsApp updates and related tools. Features evolve over time; we may add, change or retire capabilities as the product develops.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for the people you give access to (admins and coaches act on your club's behalf). Tell us promptly at admin@craftmyclub.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your club decides what member data to enter and is responsible for having the right to use it, including collecting members' consent where the law requires it. In particular, enable WhatsApp updates only for contacts whose consent your club has recorded - every message carries a STOP opt-out that we honor automatically, and a member's STOP cannot be overridden by the club.

CraftMyClub is priced per active player per month at the rate agreed with your club at onboarding, billed in arrears on your actual roster. GST applies extra. Invoices are payable by their due date; if an invoice remains unpaid past its due date and any agreed grace period, we may suspend the service until it is settled. Payments from your members to your club are processed by Razorpay under its own terms; amounts your club charges its members, and any refunds of them, are between your club and its members.

Use CraftMyClub only for lawful club management. Do not use it to send spam or messages without consent, to store or distribute unlawful content, to attempt to access other clubs' data, or to probe, overload or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other clubs at risk.

We work to keep CraftMyClub available and fast, and schedule maintenance thoughtfully, but the service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We recommend keeping your own copies of documents you export.

You may stop using CraftMyClub and close your account at any time - see data deletion for what happens to your data. We may suspend or terminate the service for unpaid invoices or a breach of these terms, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature survive (fees owed, liability limits, data retention required by law) survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraftMyClub's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees your club paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of decisions your club makes using the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Faridabad, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

If we make material changes we will update this page and the date at the top, and notify clubs through the product. Continued use of CraftMyClub after a change means the updated terms apply.
