Data Deletion Instructions

Your details were entered by your sports club or academy, and the club controls its roster. The fastest route is to ask your club directly - they can remove you from the product themselves, and the deletion takes effect immediately.

If you cannot reach your club, or prefer to deal with us directly, email admin@craftmyclub.com with the phone number registered at the club and the club's name. We will verify the request, coordinate with the club, and delete your data.

Reply STOPto any WhatsApp message from CraftMyClub. That takes effect immediately and automatically - no email needed. Your club can no longer send you WhatsApp updates unless you text START to rejoin. This stops messages but does not delete your data from the club's records; use the steps above for deletion.

You can delete individual members from within the product at any time. To close your club account entirely and have its data deleted, email admin@craftmyclub.com from the owner email registered with us. We will confirm the request before acting on it.

We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete them within 30 days. Deletion covers profile details, contact numbers, attendance, assessments, match records and message history.

One legal exception: GST invoices and payment records must be retained for the period Indian tax law requires. Those records are kept only for that purpose and only for that period, then removed as well. Details in our privacy policy.
